civic RWD

Post by mollyboy »

This Honda has an Acura Legend V6 3.2liter in it, plus a 16g turbo and front mounted intercooler. The car is also rear wheel drive and has side pipes for the exhaust; 5 spd trans axle in the rear of the car. The car weighs 2600 pounds with 53% of the weight in the rear. You can not believe how hard this car pulls. V6 engines have a tremendous amount of torqe, plus, you add a turbo and you have over 400lbs. Because the weight is in the rear this car hooks up hard. I drive the car everyday to work which is 60 miles a day. You can't believe how well the car rides and sounds. It does not sound like any other Honda out there. This is like a V6 Camaro and adding a big block in it. If you like sleepers, this is the car.

This is the only Honda Civic that can be used in drifting competitions.
Drawing big crowds at car shows and at competitions and getting sponsorship should not be a problem; if that's what you want to do with it. Me, I just like to drive the car.
The interior is completely redone from the carpet to the headliner. It is all custom to match the driver FX racing seat in the front. You can't tell from inside the car what is under the hood except for the raised floor tunnel (4 inches). Even the trunk has been upholestered to match.
Pioneer head unit with cd and an Audobon amp and 16x9 and 6.5 speakers stereo system.
exterior: custom paint job, but not too loud. Normal body kit with the exhaust coming out of both sides in the side skirts; projector head lights and carbon fiber rear lenses; rain and side moldings have been shaved; paint is very good; no dents or scratches.
